We treat infertility
We exist so that you can have children and enjoy a healthy life for as long as possible.
INVICTA clinics are places where we look after the fertility of both women and men. We are here to support you at every stage of your life. We care for women of all ages – young and mature. We offer access to preventive care, specialist consultations, family planning and antenatal care. We look after men’s health – we examine, diagnose and treat. At INVICTA, you’ll find support from specialists across a wide range of fields and specialisms, who will provide comprehensive care for your fertility-related health needs, and you’ll be able to have all the necessary diagnostic tests carried out on-site at any of our clinics.
Nearly 300 doctors, embryologists and laboratory diagnosticians from six INVICTA clinics and medical laboratories do their utmost every day to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care. At INVICTA Clinics, we have specialised in the treatment of infertility for over 25 years. We embrace innovation and develop our own solutions to ensure patients have access to all possible and effective methods of infertility treatment. We strive to improve our treatment success rate by every percentage point, aiming to ensure that every woman who wishes to be a mother can become one, and every man who wishes to fulfil his role as a father can achieve his goal. We are fertility treatment experts.
The success of in vitro fertilisation depends on many factors. The patients’ state of health and their age – which affects fertility – are important, as are a woman’s ovarian reserve (AMH) and the quality of the man’s sperm. The couple’s medical history is also important: whether they already have children, whether they have experienced miscarriages, and whether they have a family history of genetic conditions. The fertility clinic also plays a huge role in the infertility treatment process and its success – an experienced embryology laboratory and a team of specialists, as well as high-quality clinical procedures.
The EIM programme was established on the initiative of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) with the aim of monitoring the outcomes of infertility treatment. According to the EIM report, the average success rate for in vitro fertilisation in Europe is around 40 per cent.
In Europe, the average success rate of in vitro fertilisation treatments using donor oocytes is just 49.6 per cent per cycle (ESHRE, 2018). By comparison, the success rate of European clinics in IVF treatments using frozen donor eggs is just 44% per cycle (ESHRE, 2016)
Our success rate statistics for programmes using frozen donor oocytes are influenced by the high quality of the oocytes stored at the INVICTA Bank and the experience of our embryologists in freezing and thawing oocytes. The chance of achieving a pregnancy increases with each subsequent embryo transfer.
INVICTA clinics are pioneers in Poland in the field of genetic diagnosis of embryos. In 2005, we carried out Poland’s first pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, and in 2013 we were the first in the world to perform PGT using the NGS method. Pre-implantation genetic testing can, with a high degree of accuracy, rule out the occurrence of genetic disorders in a child and improve the success rate of in vitro fertilisation for couples with a genetic predisposition.
INVICTA’s clinics and medical laboratories are run by a team of experts from a wide range of fields and specialisms, enabling us to provide effective care for our patients every day. Gynaecologists, andrologists, endocrinologists, oncologists, laboratory diagnosticians, and the best embryologists in Poland. We know how important experience, knowledge and collaboration between doctors and laboratory diagnosticians are.
The INVICTA Group is constantly expanding. The INVICTA European Family Centre is currently under construction in Sopot – the first complex of its kind in Poland, where we will take a holistic approach to looking after the health and fertility of both women and men. By combining diagnostic, medical, treatment and regenerative-psychological services, patients at INVICTA Clinics will be able to count on comprehensive support, access to effective treatment methods and care from the best specialists in the field of fertility and reproductive health.
