Aesthetic
and regenerative gynaecology

As many as one in five Polish women struggle with an embarrassing problem in their intimate area, which they don’t even discuss with their closest friends and family. At INVICTA, we look after women’s health and wellbeing from start to finish, helping them feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies.

Your problem can be solved – have the courage to give it a go.

What is aesthetic gynaecology?

This growing field of medicine focuses on improving the function and appearance of women’s intimate areas. It has emerged in response to growing awareness and the need to enhance physical, mental and sexual well-being by addressing both functional and physical issues. Where conventional gynaecology is not sufficient, we can supplement treatment with a procedure from the field of regenerative gynaecology and thus achieve the best results.

Aesthetic and functional gynaecology encompasses both surgical procedures and non-invasive injections of hyaluronic acid, platelet-rich plasma or tissue fillers, which are designed to rejuvenate, revitalise the vagina and labia, etc. The treatments include the correction of congenital or acquired physiological changes, as well as the aesthetic correction of intimate areas that have undergone changes as a result of childbirth, ageing and other environmental factors.

Aesthetic gynaecology offers a wide range of medical treatments that effectively address various health issues affecting the quality of life of women of all ages. Among the most common conditions that can be treated in this way are:

  • urinary incontinence,
  • painful or visible postnatal scars,
  • vaginal dryness,
  • pain during intercourse,
  • orgasmic difficulties,
  • enlarged labia,
  • vaginal laxity,
  • recurrent genital infections.

These treatments have been designed for women who wish to improve their everyday comfort, as well as the appearance and function of their intimate areas. They are therefore intended for all women who experience pain or physical or psychological discomfort related to this area, and in particular for:

  • women who have recently given birth and are experiencing hormonal and physiological changes in their bodies,
  • women who are struggling with discomfort or pain caused by their intimate anatomy,
  • women going through the menopause, whose daily comfort and sex life have been negatively affected by hormonal changes (e.g. insufficient vaginal lubrication),
  • mature women whose symptoms have developed with age,
  • women who place a high value on aesthetics, well-being and sexual pleasure.

In cases of severe symptoms, the best results are achieved through a combination of targeted treatments, regular preventative care and work with a urogynaecological physiotherapist. The NAMI Clinic and Medical Centre offers a dedicated medical programme called ‘Uro Woman’, which aims not only to reduce symptoms but also to improve function and restore control over the body in relation to pelvic floor function.

Discover our aesthetic and regenerative gynaecological treatments

All aesthetic gynaecology procedures are carried out at our clinics in Gdańsk and Warsaw.

The urogynaecological programme is available at the NAMI Clinic and Medical Centre in Sopot.

  • The G-shot and O-shot treatments are designed to enhance pleasure during intimate relations. The G-shot involves injecting hyaluronic acid directly into the G-spot area, which increases the sensation of physical pleasure.
The O-shot, on the other hand, uses platelet-rich plasma derived from the patient’s own blood to revitalise, firm and moisturise the vaginal vestibule and clitoris, thereby improving their sexual function.

  • Labia augmentation allows for a rapid change in the appearance of the intimate areas. Correcting the shape or size of the labia leads to a noticeable improvement in comfort in many everyday situations, such as taking part in sporting activities or even wearing tight-fitting underwear.

  • The treatment involves injecting hyaluronic acid into the tissue surrounding scars caused by childbirth, such as those resulting from an episiotomy or a caesarean section. Hyaluronic acid acts as a filler, moisturising and regenerating the skin, improving its elasticity and smoothing the surface of the scars. The treatment reduces the visibility of scars, improves their texture and accelerates the healing process.

  • The procedure involves injecting hyaluronic acid into the tissues surrounding the urethra. Hyaluronic acid acts as a filler, increasing the volume of the tissues, which in turn improves their integrity and supports the proper functioning of the mechanisms responsible for urine retention.

  • The treatment involves the administration of hyaluronic acid into the vaginal tissues, with the aim of moisturising and regenerating the mucous membrane. Hyaluronic acid noticeably increases the level of moisture and elasticity in the tissues, which helps to alleviate symptoms of dryness, such as discomfort, a burning sensation or pain during intercourse. The treatment is particularly recommended for women going through the menopause or who have undergone gynaecological surgery.

  • The treatment involves administering small doses of a tissue stimulator, hyaluronic acid or platelet-rich plasma into the skin of the labia. The aim of the treatment is to improve hydration, elasticity and the overall condition of the skin in this area. Mesotherapy can also reduce the signs of ageing, improve skin tone and promote skin regeneration.

  • The treatment is designed to improve the appearance and function of the labia majora, labia minora and the area around the vaginal opening. The injected tissue stimulator stimulates the body’s natural processes of regeneration and collagen production. The result is increased elasticity, hydration and firmness of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, which visibly improves the quality of one’s sex life.

  • A surgical procedure involving the correction of the shape of the labia, the reduction of enlarged or asymmetrical labia, and the improvement of their volume and firmness. The procedure is performed using a modern radiosurgical knife. This method ensures an excellent quality of incision, tissue coagulation and optimal aesthetic results with minimal bleeding.

  • Tropocollagen is the fundamental building block of collagen fibres, which are responsible for the skin’s elasticity and firmness. Its use promotes the regeneration of damaged anatomical structures, reducing or completely eliminating pain and improving the appearance of the treated areas. The preparation is administered by a doctor using the mesotherapy technique, via a syringe with a needle or a cannula.

  • The aim of the medical urogynaecological programme we run at the NAMI Clinic and Medical Resort in Sopot is to combine diagnostics, effective physiotherapy and recovery. We recommend personalised urogynaecological rehabilitation for women suffering from, amongst other things, urinary incontinence, pain (e.g. painful intercourse, period pain, pain associated with endometriosis), prolapse of the reproductive organs, or those preparing for gynaecological procedures.

To meet the expectations of all women, we are offering a discount equal to the cost of the consultation, which will be applied when you book any treatment from our range.

The treatment must be booked no later than 2 months after the consultation. The terms and conditions of the promotion are available at the clinic.

The course of treatment for a patient with intimate health issues

Step 1

Booking a consultation with a specialist

Please contact us by telephone or via the contact form. One of our advisers will answer your questions, provide you with the necessary information and tell you how to prepare for your appointment.

Step 2

Cytological examination

For the consultation, you must bring the results of a recent smear test (taken less than a year before the consultation). Failure to provide these results will result in you being excluded from the next stages of the process.

Step 3

Consultation appointment

The pre-procedure consultation includes a discussion, a medical history review and a gynaecological examination. At the end of the appointment, you will be told whether the procedure can be carried out, and you will be given details about how it will be performed, the risks involved and the expected outcomes.
If necessary, the doctor will arrange for further tests to be carried out.

Step 4

Gynaecological procedure

The course of the treatment depends on the procedure you have chosen. You will be given disposable clothing to wear during your visit to the Clinic. You will also receive detailed information on how to prepare for the treatment by email – so that you have it to hand, for reference and as a reminder.

Step 5

Post-treatment consultation

After each treatment, we monitor your recovery.
Whenever something unexpected happens, we arrange an appointment straight away.

OUR PATIENTS’ STORIES

quote

For years I’d had huge insecurities; I avoided the beach and swimming pools, and I didn’t even wear tight-fitting clothes. I was constantly feeling ashamed and insecure. In the end, I went ahead with the treatment and it was the best decision of my life. This summer, I wore a bikini for the first time. If anyone has similar issues, it’s really worth taking the plunge!

I’m the proud mum of two active sons, but every bike ride used to mean pain and chafing for me. Neither padded shorts nor special saddles helped at all. I went for treatment and everything changed. I cycled the 20 km from home to the clinic for my follow-up appointment – pain-free!

When I was still seeing my ex, I had huge insecurities. Mainly because of him. I didn’t enjoy sex at all. I went for a few treatments and it was a complete transformation. I felt like a woman proud of her body again. It was a turning point, and I’d recommend it to all women

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

  • At INVICTA Clinics, we make every effort to minimise the risk of any potential complications. We use only tried-and-tested, certified products and state-of-the-art technology, and our team consists exclusively of experienced specialists. Before every procedure, we carry out a detailed consultation to thoroughly assess your health and ensure your complete safety and comfort. To ensure the highest quality of service, we are constantly improving our qualifications and updating our knowledge in line with the latest developments in the field.

  • For more invasive procedures that may cause pain, a local anaesthetic is always used. During the procedure, you may feel only slight discomfort, but no pain.

  • The recovery time depends on the type of treatment, the individual’s characteristics and adherence to the doctor’s instructions.
Minimally invasive procedures, such as mesotherapy or hyaluronic acid injections, usually require only a short recovery period. You can go home immediately after the procedure and resume your daily activities after just a few days. Full recovery takes between 1 and 2 weeks.

More extensive procedures, such as labiaplasty, require a longer recovery period. After such a procedure, women usually need 1 to 2 weeks’ rest, with limited physical activity. Full recovery can take between 4 and 6 weeks.

In all cases, it is essential to follow your doctor’s advice. It is also worth noting that working with a urogynaecological physiotherapist provides invaluable support during recovery; this will not only help the body recover more quickly after the procedure, but also help to consolidate the results achieved.

  • The effects of mesotherapy in the intimate areas can last for 3–6 months, depending on the products used and the skin’s response

The effects following a treatment using dermal fillers (e.g. hyaluronic acid) can last from 6 to 18 months, depending on the product used and the woman’s metabolism.

The results of labiaplasty are permanent, although the natural ageing process and hormone-related changes (e.g. during pregnancy) may affect the appearance and function of the intimate areas.

The expected results of each treatment are explained by the doctor during the consultation.

  • Contraindications to aesthetic and regenerative gynaecological procedures include:

    • active genital infections (bacterial, viral, fungal),
    • cancer,
    • pregnancy and the breastfeeding period,
    • blood clotting disorders,
    • autoimmune diseases,
    • uncontrolled diabetes,
    • allergies to the preparations used.
