At a single location, you will undergo: an initial assessment, pre-operative specialist consultations (including a consultation with an anaesthetist) and the necessary imaging and laboratory tests.
At the NAMI Medical Resort, under the supervision of specialists, you can prepare your body for surgery to help shorten your recovery time and get back to full mobility more quickly after the procedure. The procedure itself will be carried out by experienced specialists in an operating theatre equipped with the latest available technology.
Right from the start, we work according to a plan and with a specific goal in mind. We establish your expectations, tailor the medical procedures accordingly, and after your treatments you’ll receive a plan setting out our recommendations. At every stage, you’ll have the support of a personal patient care coordinator.
As part of your recovery and/or rehabilitation following surgery, you can stay at the NAMI Medical Resort to take part in a medical programme. The Hospital is one of the facilities forming part of the INVICTA European Family Centre in Sopot – a place where, without having to move between different sites, patients can attend specialist consultations, undergo imaging and laboratory tests, have procedures in the operating theatres and recover at the NAMI Medical Resort.
At this stage in the development of the INVICTA European Family Centre, we are planning to open the hospital wing, which will include a minimally invasive surgery centre, operating theatres and a modern fertility clinic. We are not planning to open a maternity unit at this stage.
INVICTA Hospital was established on the basis of the INVICTA Group’s more than 25 years’ experience. It forms part of the INVICTA European Family Centre, a multi-purpose healthcare complex that has been under development since 2016 and has been operating successfully for several years now. The new hospital’s operating theatre block meets all the requirements of the Minister of Health, and the medical team consists of experienced specialists – new to this location, but not to the medical sector.
The cost of procedures depends on their type and scope, as well as your individual treatment plan; therefore, following a consultation with your doctor, we will provide you with a personalised quote. This will cover all hospitalisation-related services, including anaesthesia, care from the anaesthetist and the medical team – there will be no hidden costs to catch you out.
Our patients may choose to purchase additional services – medical programmes at the NAMI Medical Resort, including pre- and post-operative physiotherapy, which supports their return to full fitness.

Most procedures are carried out as day surgery. After the operation, you will be under the close care of our team. You will agree convenient dates for follow-up appointments, receive further advice, and – should you have any questions or concerns – be given the contact details of our staff. Before you return home, a physiotherapist will teach you how to move safely and what to watch out for, and a nurse will show you how to change your dressing correctly.
You can also join the NAMI Medical Resort’s medical stay programme. Our specialists will tailor your individual recovery plan to provide the greatest possible support for your body after surgery, enabling you to return to full mobility more quickly and achieve the best possible treatment outcomes.

It takes around 20 minutes to drive here from the centre of Gdansk, and around 10 minutes from the centre of Gdynia.
